Adding Max Hydes in to cover his coaching costs. I’m back dating for all of his coaching this week and will add him regularly now to keep him topped up. 4x weeks worth of coaching Nicole has played for 4’s as well, I tried to delete and change her match fees to 0 but the website crashed so not sure it went though

Team Badgers Red Sox Opponent Leicester Westleigh Badgers Date 2024-10-12 Result Win Score 5 – 3 Another great win for Red Sox. A challenging first half with 3 goals each. With a little re shuffle for second half, Ashby secured the win by scoring another 2. All players gave it their all!! Player of the match – Jack. 

A difficult first half where we struggled to settle in and defend against a quick and strong side. After a chat at half time we had a really solid second half with some good passing and much better defending. The final score should have been a lot closer. Jane and Dee were a massive help on the sidelines. 

Messy match with lots of stick tackles, feet and barging from both sides. Match was decided by penalty corners   Socks bought: Olivia Walsh x1 Sarah Abramham x2

Team Badgers Red Sox Opponent Charnwood Forest Badgers Date 2024-09-28 Result Win Score 3 – 1 A great start to the season for Red Sox with Xavier scoring all 3 goals for Ashby. Some super saves from Dan in goal.  Player of the match was Henry. A very friendly and enjoyable match for all. 

Great first game for brand new Badgers team! Some lovely hockey and super determination from everyone!
